Dr. Dubin is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, and echocardiography. He is a graduate of the Harvard Medical School and did his medical and cardiology training at the New York Hospital-Columbia Presbyterian medical center. He has been a practicing cardiologist in Baltimore for over 36 years and he has been affiliated with Sinai Hospital and Northwest Hospital. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at George Washington Medical School in Washington DC. He is a member of the Eloquent Speakers Toastmasters Club and he speaks frequently on a variety of topics including general health/wellness, hypertension, heart disease and memory techniques. He also does motivational, humorous, and inspiration speeches. He did a TED talk at Dartmouth Business School. He has testified extensively as an expert medical witness in courtrooms across the country. He has done teaching rounds and lectures to medical students who have rotated though the Lifebridge Hospitals from Johns Hopkins, University of Maryland, George Washington Medical School and the Caribbean medical schools.
