Darpan Bansal, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist specializing in cardiovascular diseases and interventional cardiology, with additional certifications in nuclear cardiology and echocardiography. For more than a decade, Dr. Bansal has provided evidence-based, personalized care that empowers patients to make informed decisions about their health.

A graduate of the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India, Dr. Bansal completed his interventional cardiology fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Since joining Baltimore Heart Associates in 2010, he has served as vice president, overseeing clinical operations, strategic growth and patient care services.

Dr. Bansal’s leadership extends beyond his practice. He is recognized nationally and serves on the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Governance Board and the Interventional Cardiology Approval Committee, contributing to setting care standards for board-certified physicians in the entire country. He also chairs the Maryland Chapter of the American College of Cardiology’s (ACC)Carrier Advisory Committee, advocating for policies that promote access to high-quality, evidence-based cardiovascular care. Through these roles, Dr. Bansal is actively involved in improving healthcare delivery, reducing administrative burdens and enhancing patient and provider well-being.

Recognized as a “Top Doc of Baltimore” by Baltimore Magazine for multiple years, Dr. Bansal is widely respected for his clinical excellence and compassionate approach. He also teaches medical students and residents at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, sharing his expertise to shape the next generation of physicians.

Dr. Bansal’s dedication to advocacy, innovation and collaboration reflects his commitment to advancing the field of cardiology and improving outcomes for his patients and the broader community.

Dr. Dubin is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, and echocardiography.  He is a graduate of the Harvard Medical School and did his medical and cardiology training at the New York Hospital-Columbia Presbyterian medical center.  He has been a practicing cardiologist in Baltimore for over 36 years and he has been affiliated with Sinai Hospital and Northwest Hospital.  He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at George Washington Medical School in Washington DC.    He is a member of the Eloquent Speakers Toastmasters Club and he speaks frequently on a variety of topics including general health/wellness, hypertension, heart disease and memory techniques.  He also does motivational, humorous, and inspiration speeches.  He did a TED talk at Dartmouth Business School.   He has testified extensively as an expert medical witness in courtrooms across the country.  He has done teaching rounds and lectures to medical students who have rotated though the Lifebridge Hospitals from Johns Hopkins, University of Maryland, George Washington Medical School and the Caribbean medical schools.   More information about Dr. Dubin can be found on his website www.baltimoreheart.com and his previous speeches can be seen on his youtube channel  “Jonathan Dubin MD”.
